Error 3-017: "CHARACTER SET OF FILE IS NOT UTF-8"
Error 3-018: "CHARACTER SET OF FILE IS NOT UTF-8 OR CHAR NOT UTF-8 IS PRESENT"
Things to Do:
1. Check the encoding of the file using Notepad++ or any other text editor.
2. Be sure that the text file is in UTF-8 with Byte Order Mark (BOM).
